Great attention to detail

My wedding was on August 13 2022 and I used this company when it was envious events prior to their merge! Nothing but good things to say. We had a very much do it yourself venue and had purchased a month of coordination package! Was the best decision I made ever!

Kaylee was absolutely wonderful and kept everything organized. She asked me the questions I would have never thought to ask myself and this helped me have a smooth ceremony and reception! I honestly had nothing to think about on my wedding day other than being in love and having a good time. Kaylee is so personable too! I remember sitting in the car with my brother and him saying “she’s really nice” and me saying “doesn’t she feel like someone we would have been high school friends with!” I just met her and it felt like she was supposed to be there! She was my wedding fairy-godfriend!

We hired Kaylee to assist us with day of coordination and we don’t regret it for a second. We were planning a wedding while working in another province and not home till 5 days before the date. I am forever grateful for Kaylee keeping me motivated to tie up loose ends before I got home, going to our chosen venue and taking pictures to help me choose a ceremony site, and every vendor she recommended was great to deal with.

The investment was worth the minimal things I had to take care of the week before the wedding and I also didn’t have to worry about a thing on our special day right from being on time, to picking up my flowers, taking care of cake arrival and placement, moving some decorations from ceremony to reception room and assisting with cake cutting is just a few things that took a lot of pressure off me.

Kaylee was such a pleasure to work with. Initially we did not have a day of coordinator, and we found ourselves feeling very overwhelmed trying to plan our big day. Kaylee was able to take all of that stress off of us. Kaylee is very easy to work with, extremely organized and detail orientated. Kaylee was able to organize all of our vendors and get them onto a working timeline so that our day-of ran very smoothly. Many of our guests commented how well the day flowed. There were no empty gaps of time where guests were waiting for the next activity. This also meant that nothing felt rushed or unorganized. Kaylee was able to keep everyone on track, including us throughout the day. Right up until the end of the night Kaylee was there ensuring everyone was taken care of, including making sure all of our guests had a safe way home. We highly recommend Kaylee. Having her be a part of our day was the best decision we made.

I can not say enough nice things about Candisse and Kaylee!!! They both are amazing and took care of everything on the day of the wedding and leading up to it. They thought of so many little details, I didn’t think of!!! You will not regret hiring them for any event!

Kaylee was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first meeting right down to the end of our wedding day, she was always available to answer any questions, give suggestions and keep us on track. If I could, I would give 10 stars. Kaylee was our coordinator for our wedding. I could not have asked for a better person to be a part of our day. I met with Kaylee a few months prior to the wedding to start the planning process. She took a huge weight off my shoulder with her organizational skills and excellent communication. She was prepared and knew all the right questions to ask- even mentioning aspects of the wedding I would not have thought of if it wasn't for her. She was professional, understanding, and reliable. She truly helped me bring my vision to life. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding without any concerns because I knew Kaylee had everything under control.

Kaylee went above and beyond helping us prepare for our wedding. Despite having her as our day of the wedding day coordinator, she kept us in check months prior to our big celebration. Kaylee is an absolute dream to work with! I used to be a project manager and pride myself on being an organized person, but Kaylee takes organization to a whole different level! She is extremely responsive, sweet, attentive, and considerate.

I live in the U.S. so I purchased the "bespoke coordination package" to get help with sourcing vendors, and it was so nice to have someone present options to me and find out details for me!

She was also my day-of coordinator, along with her assistant Camille, and they made sure my day ran sooo smoothly and allowed me to relax and just enjoy my wedding day, which is exactly what every bride needs!

I can't recommend her as a wedding coordinator highly enough. It was a dream working with Kaylee! With only a month left until the big day, she stepped in and made a world of difference. Overall we were super happy with our experience! Both Kaylee and Tasha were very easy to work with and made the day of our wedding go so smoothly. They handled everything on the day of and kept us in the loop so that we could enjoy our day stress free.

Kaylee was an absolute gem and life saver to our wedding. She was very organized and professional from the start, which both my partner and I could see immediately.
